Barbers 1833 Vintage Reserve Cheddar

The Barbers story started six generations ago, in 1833, when Daniel Barber began making cheddar on Maryland Farm. Now, as the world's oldest surviving cheddar-makers, we're still here, making award-winning traditional cheddar. The Vintage Reserve Cheddar is powerfully intense, with an exceptional depth of flavour.

Capricorn Somerset Goats Cheese
Chard, Somerset
A delicate goats cheese made from West Country goats milk in the Lubborn Creamery in the beautiful valley of Cricket St Tomas, Somerset. Capricorn is a soft and creamy cheese with a particularly mild, clean and slitty nutty flavour. It is also a tasty alternative for people who like cheese but have an allergy to cow's milk. Since 1983 Capricorn Somerset goat's cheese has won 83 awards and was recently voted "gold medal winner" at the 2016 International Cheese Awards in Nantwitch.

Oxford Blue
Burford, Oxfordshire
Oxford Blue is prepared using unpasteurised cow's milk and is aged for 14 to 16 weeks. It has been described as a "French-style English blue" similar to Dolcelatte and St Agur cheeses, with a less strong flavour than Roquefort or Stilton.

Blue Monday
Kingham, Oxfordshire
Alex James of Blur fame produces Blue Monday at his farm near Kingham, Oxfordshire. Blue Monday, named after the New Order hit record, is a British cow's milk cheese in the style of a Gorgonzola Piccante. It is a soft creamy blue cheese with a strong veining which delivers a smooth satisfying piquancy to the palate.

Organic Cotswold Brie
Upper Slaughter, Gloucestershire
Produced from Friesian cows fed on grasses grown organically at Kirkham Farm. Every morning the milk travels just five metres from the milking shed to the creamery, where it's turned into beautifully soft and buttery brie. Sweeter and more delicate that French brie.
